Navigation on Calvià Town Hall’s institutional websites, takes place anonymously.
In order to be able to access some of the services on the website that have a specific procedure, users must provide the essential personal data for the provision of the requested service.

Likewise, users also have the right to file a claim at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Minors Data Collection
The Calvià Town Hall does not authorise children under 14 to provide their personal data, whether it be by filling in the website application forms enabled for the services request, contact application forms, or by sending emails.
Therefore, people providing personal data, using the aforementioned means, formally declare to be over 14 years old. Regarding data collection of minors aged between 14 and 18 years, the Calvià Town Hall will in no case gather economic data or regarding other family members without the data holders consent.
Calvià Town Hall’s website offers information on numerous events, activities, etc. thus involving citizen’s participation. Occasionally, the information provided is accompanied by photographs or videos in which people can sometimes be identified.
In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016/679 and the Spanish regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that the entity responsible for the recorded data processing “Media and publications” is the Calvià Town Hall for the purpose of managing personal data published on websites, social media, electronic communications and in the different publications edited by the Town Hall (magazines, newsletters, etc.), as well as the photographs and voice recordings and pictures of people participating in events organised by the Town Hall.
Photographs and/or videos taken in the events (intended for non-commercial public dissemination) may be published in the press, the municipal website, social media, brochures, … where people may appear clearly identifiable.
The legal basis for their data processing is the development of municipal competences conferred by the state and regional legislation that regulates local government.
The information will be kept in accordance with the criteria and deadlines established in Law 15/2006, of 17th October, on archives and documentary heritage of the Balearic Islands.

In the case of under 14 minors, the request must be made by the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor. You can also contact the Citizen Service to exercise your access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability rights, located at Julià Bujosa Sans street, batle, 1 (Calvià). In any case, you can file a claim at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
